CCTV and access control company Ecl-ips buys intruder alarm specialists Security Group

04 August 2020

Security Group, a family run company based in Bristol since 1996, has been bought by Ecl-ips a privately-run CCTV and access control system designer and installer based in Worcestershire which has always strived to offer clients the most advanced solutions it can.

Like Ecl-ips, Security Group has built up a reputation for the quality and professionalism of its services. Security Group and Ecl-ips engineers are fully trained and security screened. Security Group is SSAIB-registered and Ecl-ips is NSI-Gold approved providing all our customers with confidence in our services.

Security Group specialises in designing, installing, maintaining and repairing intruder alarms and fire alarm systems, that are all certified to EN50131 and PD6662 standards. This gives added peace of mind since they comply to ACPO Association of Chief Police Officers policy and meet SSAIB requirements.

Meanwhile the Ecl-ips team are specialists in CCTV and access control, as well as real-time and power monitoring solutions. The Ecl-ips preferred partners are Avigilon, Paxton and APC, part of Schneider Electric. Security Group and Ecl-ips customers will gain from our combined expertise and we will be able to offer new and existing clients a comprehensive security and safeguarding solution.

Both Security Group and Ecl-ips believe that with security systems, you get what you pay for; pay cheap, pay twice really does apply. The systems that we supply and install offer genuine value for money, and we can offer a range of different CCTV, access control and alarm systems to suit different requirements. We also provide very reasonably priced, responsive maintenance packages, to help deter intruders, prevent fires and keep your people and property safe.

The Ecl-ips senior management team is led by Managing Director, Aaron Kernaghan, along with Operations Director, Darren Roe, and Chief Engineer, Stephen Gilbert. Business support is provided by Angela Price. All of them are pleased to ensure that Security Group clients continue to get excellent customer service they have come to expect from the firm.
