We are SSAIB-certified meaning our burglar alarm installations meet rigorous standards. This enables property owners to have professionally monitored systems and a police response if required when an alarm is triggered.

Our main partners are Motorola Solutions for Avigilon Alta and Avigilon Unity camera surveillance and access control as well as the Halo Smart Sensor; Paxton Access for access control and HKC or Orisec for intruder alarms.
We have a range of support packages depending on the systems that we have installed and to suit your needs. If you need remote monitoring for your intruder alarm system this is provided 24/7 through our fully compliant alarm receiving centre (ARC) and if you have a support contract with us our engineers are available out of hours in the event of system failures. Many issues can be fixed remotely but we will attend on site where necessary.
If you have remote monitoring for your intruder alarm system our fully compliant alarm receiving centre (ARC) will alert you to a fault or security breach very quickly and there will be a police response if you have requested that is necessary. If you have a support contract with Security Group we will take a call in and out of office hours and in many cases we can fix issues remotely. Sounds Commercial have praised our quick response and advice over the telephone that means problems have been solved relatively quickly.
All of our systems whether intruder alarms, CCTV or access control have the function to provide alerts to mobile devices through apps. These apps also provide the ability to remotely monitor and manage business premises.

Yes you can have different levels of access within the systems. Within the access control software Paxton Net2, for example, different level of privileges can be set for different staff. The highest levels are those that have full access to the platform to administer it and designate what level of access to the system other staff members require.
